Do you remember that game as a kid when you had to divvy up the really yummy candy from your Batman Pez dispenser? "One for you, one for you, one for me . . ." Well - that is pretty much what is happening here at CPS except for the fact that we don't have any pez dispensers or pez candy and our affinity for Batman has waned over the years. However, we do have some new people starting and we have divvied them up among 3 different divisions. One for Customer Support, one for ID warehouse, and one for Sales.Wade Johnson will start on Monday the 13th day of February in our Customer Support Division. Wade comes to us with some great experience in various customer service positions. He has been a financial adviser and most recently he worked as a sales associate for the Flying V Enterprises in Middleton Idaho. We are extra excited because we can now send all of our customers who speak Swahili over to him - that has been a huge hole that we have needed to fill for some time :) Wade brings a lot of energy and we are really excited to have him join the team.
Brandon Berreth returns to CPS ID Warehouse after a 4 month sabbatical. He will also start on Monday the 13th of February. He has spent the last few months familiarizing himself with the Shopko Distribution warehouse. Since he has worked in our warehouse before, he is already familiar with how we operate and we are pleased to have him on the team permanently. Brandon's last name rings a bell and I have been spending an unhealthy portion of my time trying to identify why it sounds so familiar. Maybe Julie or Brook could enlighten us a bit. The Berreth Bunch! Now that's catchy . . . !
And of course, Sales wants a turn. Heidi Stephenson will be starting her first day on Tuesday, February 21st. She knows Mary Hoyle, but we have promised not to hold it against her. She has spent the last 4+ years as a sales broker for wholesale food. She may still have some food samples available, so you will need to make your requests quickly before she runs out. Heidi has also worked in the financial industry and studied Accounting and Business Finance at the College of Southern Idaho. Heidi is a very happy person and we are equally happy to have her here.
Please say hello to our 3 newest newbies when you get a chance. I bet everyone still remembers their Start Day and it is always enjoyable to receive some pleasantries after failing your first CPSU test.
Ben, speak for yourself. Some of us still have an affinity for Batman because he is AWESOME! And welcome to the newbies.
ReplyDeleteThree "welcome!" punches... I'm exhausted.
ReplyDeleteWell...this is exciting! WELCOME to all three newbies! Ben, funny you chose the Pez analogy... Brandon has an obsession with Pez candy! Especially if anyone has a DALLAS COWBOYS Pez dispenser, Brandon would pay a high price for it! ~
ReplyDeleteWelcome to all! I am excited about the addition of three very qualified people to the CPS team. Heidi, please don't forget to bring that case of nacho cheese along with your new hiring packet on your first day. Both are required before you can start working. Ben, did you seriously use a smiley face symbol in this post?
ReplyDeleteHah - you caught it. That was the Easter egg I left to see if anyone would notice. Well done, you win the prize.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to all the new people!
ReplyDeleteErin, have you ever tried headbutting? You know, maybe mix things up a little.
