Scargie (Scarlett and Angie) have combined their collective cognitive abilities to conceptualize how to accommodate our cravings for a February Luncheon celebration. There are birthdays galore to be celebrated this month, and our "1 year older" people will be pleased to know that Panda and pop will be our pleasure for the party. I know what you are thinking . . . I can't wait for those stale fortune cookies either! Tracie Fulk, Brenda O'neil, Luke Merrill, and Jeff McCauley are all celebrating their birthdays this month, so be sure to wish them a Happy day of birth. I think it would be a nice gesture if we could all chip in to get Jeff a new personality this year; I feel that he could really use one since he wore his out ages ago.
The day of the Panda will be on Thursday, February 23rd. That is in 9 days. We want to give you plenty of time to plan to wear your jeans. (We acknowledge that Stephen's wife sets out his clothes a week in advance.) Hopefully, this notice will enable everyone to take advantage of the opportunity to denim themselves to their utmost delight. In way of parting - don't forget to thank Scargie for all their help in putting this together. They do a superb job and we appreciate their efforts.
The return of the luncheon BOMB! Fun fact: the origin of the phrase "luncheon bomb" goes back to approx. fall of 2010 when Stephen posted this same picture AND it was Panda Express as well. My memory and attention to historical dates and details is quite incredible, I know.
ReplyDeleteApproximations are so incredible.
ReplyDeleteI would like to say "thank you" to my wife who sets out my clothes a week in advance.
ReplyDeleteIf I had a personality, I would have some pithy come back to Ben's attempted defamation of my character. Since I don't, I'll simply request that anyone other than Ben pick out my new personality, since his is clearly lacking in taste.
ReplyDeleteI would like to say thank you to Scarlett & Angie for the excellent luncheons, and to Stephen's wife for making sure he comes to work clothed.
Can I just say that I am enamored w/ "Sweet Fire Chicken." That's all.
ReplyDeleteThank you CPS for providing another great Luncheon Bomb. And thanks to Angie and Scarlett for making it happen. Angie you were wrong about the shrimp. It was not yucky. It was delicious and my favorite!
ReplyDeleteThanks for another great lunch. Angie and Scarlett you are awesome we appreciate the hard work.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Scarlett and Angie!!
ReplyDeleteAn outpouring of gratitude will be showered upon you.
