In order to fill the open sales position as soon as possible, so as not to disrupt the flow of information to the customer, we made a choice to recruit from within. We approached Stephen Post about the new opening and asked if he would be willing to come back into sales. After discussing this option with his family he has agreed to make the switch as soon as possible. We are excited to bring Stephen back considering he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales as he performed very well there for 4 1/2 years. Over the past 1 1/2 years he has been helping out in HR, Marketing, Project Management, and much more as the Executive Assistant. His switch to sales will cause a slight ripple affect in other areas of the company. For now - we are going to have all HR questions referred to me (Ben). This includes time card fixes, insurance, and company luncheon related questions. Any of Stephen's work that related to marketing should flow to Keith. Project management will flow back to the director's of each division.
There will be some overlap as we try and get everything done. Please be patient with us as Stephen will be trying to keep up with customer demands while training me in HR functions that I am not familiar with. Thank you for your patience and we want to thank Stephen for stepping in so quickly and on short notice to fill a much needed spot.
