It's that time again... so get excited everyone! There’s going to be an awesome luncheon this month. It will be held next Wednesday the 22nd. I can honestly say that I’m almost as excited about this luncheon as I was when I found out about KRAFT Singles. Almost.
The luncheon will be catered by La Tapatia. For those of you out there that don't speak Spanish, La Tapatia is a vampire-like creature that has been gaining notoriety for attacking goats in Spanish regions. It has also been described as half-man, half-beast/vampire, with red eyes and a snakelike tongue, and can look like a kangaroo. (This is what Stephen tells me anyway.)
There are some tasty options on the menu:
- Chicken chimichangas
- Chile rellenos
- Beef and cheese enchiladas
- Rice and beans
- Chips and salsa
Please thank Lorna for putting all of this together. Lorna is our acting luncheon committee chairperson and her 6 month reign is already starting to look promising.
