Thank you for meeting with us in your annual Employee Evaluations. While meeting with you we were able to communicate our goals and vision to each one of you on a company and individual basis. We were also able to get feedback and ideas for moving forward. Here is a summary of what we're hoping to accomplish this year:
- Negotiate terms or terminate relationship with FedEx
- Setup RMA task force and audit/refine RMA workflow
- More Jeans Days
- Remodel the back room and put in cubicles
- Increase restocking piece rate for picking employees
- Provide $200 wardrobe stipend for new employees and all employees that didn't get it initially
- Purchase stereo system for Kentucky warehouse
- Rework LIVE Chat team to meet higher volume of chats
- Bathrooms and break room remodel
There were many other goals and areas of improvement that we set with each of you individually. Please remember to work on those. We've already seen a lot of improvement in efficiencies, demeanor, attitudes, and positivity. Many thanks to all of you for your efforts.
I vote for bathrooms as #1-not #9.
