Introducing A.J. and CPS Design Department

CPS is at it again ... we're making changes. Please welcome A.J. (not AJ) Ogden as our newest employee. A.J. has accepted a part time position as a Designer in our newly formed Design Department. You've already met A.J., he's been working as a contracted employee on editing our thousands and thousands of images for our new product page layout (click to see our new prodcut page). He'll be working on some of these projects:

1. Website image maintenance: Please coordinate with A.J. for photography of new items, fixing incorrect images, editing photos, and any item image maintenance.
   
2. Maximum Label dimensions: A.J. will be contacting our vendors and uploading vendor spec sheets to SAM. He'll also be inputting maximum label dimensions into SAM. If you have vendor spec sheets saved to the S drive or to your computers, please coordinate with A.J. to get these uploaded.
3. Label/print artwork for clients: The CPS Design Department within the Marketing Division (see org chart below) will feature A.J. as our first in-house designer. This means that we can now provide art services for our customers without "outsourcing" it to a freelancer like Margaret or Keith. We will be advertising these services through Google as well as on our website and would encourage all sales reps to promote these services to your customers. Sales, keep and eye on your email. Details on pricing and quoting will be forthcoming. A.J. and Keith will be working closely together on providing our customers with quality work.
