Going into effect on January 1st, the Customer Support Division is going to experience some changes. Currently, the Sales Team and the Customer Support Team are located within the Customer Support Division with Ben McCallister as acting Director. Starting January 1st, that Division will split into the Customer Support Division and the Sales Division. Making this split will allow the new Directors of each Division time to focus on aiding and improving their teams. It will also allow the Directors to be more available to each Division.Jana Howard will take over as the Director of Customer Support which will include the Customer Support and L2 Teams. Jana has been doing an amazing job in her role as Customer Support Manager and we are excited for her to become the Director of this new Division.
Bob Richards will become the new Sales Director of the Sales Division which will include the Sales Team and the Sales Support Team. Bob has been an outstanding Sales Representative during his time with CPS and we look forward to his new role as Sales Director. Management is currently in the process of hiring Sales Representatives to join the Sales Team. Those announcements will be made later.
Once again, we would like to congratulate Jana and Bob on their promotions and we look forward to the continuing success and growth that we have all experienced with CPS.
Congrats Jana...and you too Bob, please do not fire me.
