This year we return to tradition. We will hold our catered Christmas Party out in the print shop which has been remodeled into our new north office. It just won’t be as cold or warehouse-ish looking like it was two years ago. Everyone will arrive to work at 7AM or 8AM (depending on if you work 8 hour or 10 hour days) and the party will begin at 10AM.The CPS Film Festival
This year’s party will feature the first official CPS Film Festival. There have been two films created this year but only one can receive the Boston Award for Best Picture. Other awards will be handed out including Best Actor, Best Actress, and so forth. Everyone will have a chance to vote and the winners will be announced during the party. Click play to see a trailer for this year’s festival.
Raffle
The raffle this year, sponsored by CPS, is going to include Nintendo Wiis, iPod Touches, Flip Video Recorders and more. New this year is the opportunity to see what gifts are available and you can even choose which ones you are interested in by visiting the Raffle Page located in SAM. To visit this page just click on Tasks, Human Resources, and then Christmas Raffle to view the gifts along with a picture, a brief description, and then an option to mark whether or not you are interested in that item. Everyone will win a gift.
Kanak Attack Catering
This year, Kanak Attack will be catering our party. Kanak Attack is a Hawaiian style caterer and their menu will include sweet & sour meatballs with grilled pineapple, luau house salad, Hawaiian sweet rolls, coconut infused rice, Teriyaki chicken, Kalua pig, and pineapple upside down cake.
As always, the Christmas party is casual dress which means that you can wear jeans to work. All employees are welcome to bring a guest with them to the party. We are excited for the party this year and we wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas!
