North Office Construction Zone - 11/18 and 11/19

The cubicle installation is going to begin on Thursday, November 18th and will hopefully be completed by the 19th. As such, the North Office will be a Construction Zone during this time and will be Off Limits to all employees. This will include the restrooms as well. During this time, employees may go off site to public restrooms located in the Eagle area. Please make sure to check with your Director before leaving to make sure an adequate number of employees are present in each Division.

The crew that will be installing the cubicles will include a team of minimum security inmates who have been cleared for this and other work-release programs. The company that is handling the installation is asking that we don't communicate our interact with the workers in any way. The workers that will be on site will be constantly and heavily supervised. Please refrain from opening the door to the office during this installation. We appreciate everyone's cooperation during this remodel and hope that everyone is excited for these new cubicles.

  1. My parents house is just up the street, I will be shuttling people who need to use the restroom for only $5.00 each. Please make appointment at least 1 hour in advance.

  3. Mike, prisioner 24601 just asked me to reserve his shuttle to your parents house for 10:15 am. He asked to reserve the entire shuttle, said he will need the space...

  4. Luke ... is this a literary reference to Jean Val Jean of Victor Hugo's Les Miserables? He was prisoner 24601 and was pursued throughout his life by the relentless Javert. Happenstance? If not, I applaud your literary prowess. If so, I applaud your ability to randomly come up with numbers that DO have literary significance.

Regardless, with a shuttle to himself, I think Jean Val Jean might successfully outdistance Javert.

  5. I like the numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42. Just don't use them in the lottery.
