As this news has undoubtedly hit most of you like a blow from the mighty hammer of Thor, I can only offer you this wise counsel. In the words of the beloved reggae master, Bobby McFerrin, don't worry, be happy. Today, our sales team will increase by one. Jared Davis has joined the ranks and is looking forward to being part of the CPS workforce. He comes to us with a diverse array of talents and a positive outlook. Like Mr. Bobby McFerrin, Jared also is very musically inclined being skilled in the guitar, mandolin, fiddle, cello, base, ukulele, and the jaw harp. He is quite literally the one man country band. If you ask nicely he may just serenade with Don't Worry Be Happy.
Customer Service also has reason to rejoice and "Be Happy". Shanna Clark will be starting as a customer service agent on Wednesday, July 17th. Shanna has many years of experience in working as an office administrator and in expertly handling customer care situations. Her experience will be a great asset to our customer support team. Shanna is also multi-talented! She has a great passion for writing and I have on good authority that she is an accomplished dancer. Welcome to the team Shanna.
New hires are not the only cause of celebration. We also have an inter-department swap to bring joy and merriment to us all. Terri Sawyer will be leaving Sales Support to join the accounting team and Brent Carver is getting the boot from accounting to join the sales team as a Sales Support Rep. Both are excited to move across the office and take on new ventures.
Unlike this guy...we have many causes to celebrate and be happy. We are excited to have both song and dance (Jared and Shanna) join the party here at CPS and we look forward to working with you both.

Welcome to our crazy CPS family Jared and Shanna!
ReplyDeleteGood luck to Brent and Terri in your switches :)
Since Derek posted that picture of the poor man approaching a shark I thought I'd give you all some cool shark facts...because growing up in California, I learned you're more likely to be bitten by a shark if you are male haha dun dun dun!!

Another reason why I am glad to be a girl is my name would have been Ernest Jorge if I was a boy...I probably wouldn't be here today with THAT name... :) (no offense to those named Ernest or Jorge...) :)
DeleteI am a girl and was named Dale Herbert (for the first two hours of my life). Luckily my uncle showed up and gave me a much more feminine name.

LOL!!!! Whew good thing for uncles!
DeleteIn 1996, buckets and pails injured almost 11,000 Americans. Sharks injured 13. Be careful out in that warehouse guys!
