CPSD
After three years of experimenting and 4 different business models, the numbers show that we can't sustain an in house art department. We can, however, sustain an outsourced art department. Which is why Margaret (MAR800) and Chase (CHA800) are still working with CPSD. Both Margaret and Chase have done stellar work that still allows us to offer art services at sustainable prices. Both Margaret and Chase are still on board and welcome your design projects.
Art checks
Art checks, the final review of art that we offer our customers, will also continue to be a service that we offer. Margaret has graciously agreed to take on all art checks for our client-provided art. Client-provided art are the files that we get from customers that believe their art is ready for print. Margaret will be approving/declining this art. Please be sure to charge the customer the standard art check fee for this service ($60) as we will be costing $25 of every art check to Margaret. "Art Check" is an item that can be added to a Sales Order.
For the artwork that is created by Margaret and Chase, I will be providing art checks for those files. We will continue to offer these art checks for free.
Label and print dimensions
There are label dimensions listed on the SAM Item Inquiry page. We'll be purging this data. We've decided to re-enter this data based on the more accurate vendor spec sheets. Purchasing/Inventory will be working on re-entering this data as those vendor spec sheets become available.

In the meantime, to reduce foot traffic in the warehouse, and to save you all loads of precious time, Candice will be measuring items on an "as needed" basis. If you have any need to measure an item, please email customerservice@conpak.net your request, and Candice will consolidate those requests and fulfill them several times a day.
Candice will be providing you with two different sets of dimensions:
- Label dimensions: these dimensions will be the recommended full wrap label dimensions with an approximate 3/16 inch gap between the leading and trailing edges. You will NOT need to back out the customary 1/4 inch. I have done a study of multiple items and created an algorithm that calculates the exact dimensions the designer would need.
- Print dimensions: these dimensions will be the dimensions the designer needs to create silk print artwork to ensure that the front and back panels are exactly opposite each other on the container.

| We hope to provide customers with deco specs on the website's item page. To be located between "Matching Items" and "Product Properties" |

Looking forward to the day this info will be available to customers via our website! Good luck with this Candice. We will try and go easy on you.
