We have a new batch of changes that we would like to announce. We have added five new positions this year, including the changes listed in this announcement. This is exciting news! As we continue to grow as a company, it is necessary to expand our foundation to help facilitate the increase of our business. This is achieved through the addition of new positions and skilled employees to our CPS family. Following are some of the changes that have been made:
- Stephen Post has accepted the new position of Executive Assistant. Some of Stephen’s new responsibilities will be assisting Senior Management with projects and daily tasks. Examples of these tasks include: time clock adjustments, benefits, CPSU assistance, announcements, project management, etc. Stephen will be helping Senior Management with implementation and execution of new initiatives. This will help free up Ben, Keith, and Jeff to shift their focus to company mission and vision objectives.
- We will be hiring a new sales representative to take Stephen’s spot and will also be creating a new sales position. We are in the process of hiring these new employees and will be making an announcement shortly. We've had several excellent interviews and we're in the nice predicament of choosing from a batch of highly qualified applicants. Thank you so much for your referrals.
- Sean Lamm has been hired as our new Warehouse worker to take Mark Mill’s position. He will be starting on the 6th of July. At that time, Mark will move into Shipping and Matt Campbell will move into his new position within the Inventory Control Division. Sean is the brother of Matt Lamm and is excited to start working with Container & Packaging Supply. Sean has his B.S. in Construction Management has been a Technician for Gemtek Pest Control, a Project Engineer/Intern for DPR Construction, a Superintendent for Diamond Homes, a Crew Foreman for TVT Fence and Viyl Solutions, and a Merchandiser for RC Willey.
