Coming up over the next couple of weeks we've got some changes to CPSD, new hires, a new Sales Support Team, and some cubicle swapsThere's a lot of information in this memo. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE MEMO CAREFULLY. The players are Julie, Nancy, AJ, Keith, Laura, and Kayla. You might be wondering who Laura and Kayla are ... that's because they're new! We'll be doing a bit of a shuffle to get everything lined up.AJ, Keith and CPSD
AJ will be leaving us for 3 months ... he will be returning to Mt Hood to work at a snowboarding camp over the summer (lucky!). AJ's last day will be Friday, May 28. Over the next three months, while AJ is gone, we'll be heavily promoting CPSD efforts with Google AdWords, word of mouth, upselling, and advertising on our own CPS website. If everything goes well with CPSD, then we hope to bring AJ back toward the end of August. Keith will take on all CPSD projects in the interim. Keith will bill our customers just like AJ has been:
- Keith will bill customers directly at CPSD rates of $40 per hour (this money goes to CPS, not Keith's pockets)
- Keith is not a freelancer
- Film positives will be billed at $25 per film
- Keith will create Sales Orders and bill both Art Design and Art Films to customers and collect payment. Sales Team, please do not put art films and art design on your Sales Orders.
Laura Harrison will be joining our CSR team. Laura has recently graduated from BSU with a Business Management Degree with an emphasis in Human Resources. Laura is currently the Assistant Manager at Coach, where she supervises daily functions as well as interfaces directly with customers. Laura has a rich history of working with customers as a sales associate at Gap, and multiple roles at Washington Group International. We're happy to have Laura aboard. Laura was recommended to us by Angie, a friend and colleague of hers from a community service organization that they both participate in. Laura's first day will be Monday, May 24.
Sales Support Team and New Hire: Kayla Christopherson
Kayla Christopherson will be joining Julie, thus creating a newly formed Sales Support Team within the Customer Care Division. The Sales Support team will be doing just that ... supporting the sales team. Kayla is also a graduate of Boise State University. She has a BA in Mass Communications and Journalism. Kayla has worked as an office assistant, personal care giver, writer, editor, anchor, and co-founded Missing Link a Boise State Student Magazine. Kayla was recommended to us by Julie, her mother. Julie and Kayla are a power-duo. They have worked together in the past and we're excited to have Kayla aboard. Kayla's first day is Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
Cubi-shuffles
AJ will be moving to Mt Hood, Julie will be moving to AJ's spot, Nancy will move to Julie's spot, Kayla will move to Nancy's spot, and Laura will be next to Lorna.
