ALERT: Credit Card Fraud

In the last 2 and a half months we have shipped three orders to three locations in Jamaica, New York within one mile of each other. Each order was for dairy containers and/or dairy lids. These orders were purchased under different names and different cards, however, banks have reported that all three of these purchases were fraudulent with probably stolen cards. We suspect a group of people living close to each other are involved in criminal activity.

In order to stop losing money to this group and to help stop their activities permanantly, please follow this protocol.

If you see any order:

1. Shipping to any zip code starting with 114 to New York State
2. for dairy containers or closures

Please do the following:

1. Do NOT alert the customer, please remain calm
   
2. Take the order
3. Take down the credit card information by hand
   
4. Do NOT process the credit card
5. Bring the information to senior management immediately.
